- I am passionate about partnering and walking alongside my clients during their most difficult moments to bring a renewed sense of hope and healing. My goal is to build a safe, genuine, authentic relationship where clients feel accepted and understood. I see this relationship as the foundation that my clients and I will build on to move toward meaningful change.
- My approach is integrative, holistic, and relational. I serve clients using a variety of interventions, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
- When I am outside the office, I enjoy running, practicing yoga, and painting new pieces of art. I love stories, so I'm often reading or watching a movie. I enjoy spending time with my friends and trying out new restaurants in Nashville!
