ABOUT Eirene
  • My priority is to co-create a solid and secure relationship with my clients, one that allows them to pursue growth and healing in a relationally safe context (no judgment, no shame). I am an empathic listener who seeks to be attuned to my clients. I love to ask questions, explore meaning, and rely on a collaborative approach.
  • My work with couples focuses on increasing relationship security, deepening the relationship, improving communication, life transitions, and working with conflictI specifically do not process affairs ("betrayal trauma"). While the EFT model is effective and appropriate for couples with a history of affairs, at this time I am not accepting clients wishing to process betrayal trauma/affairs as the focus of treatment. I'd be happy to provide you with a referral for therapists who do offer this type of focus.
  • I am sex-positive and believe that all bodies are good bodies. I fully affirm and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and am, myself, a part of it.
  • I’m originally from the north shore of Long Island but have been in Nashville since 2012. Yes, I still miss the pizza and the bagels!
  • I love stories and language. You’ll often find me playing story-forward video games, watching a great movie or show, or reading.
