ABOUT Addison
  • I believe that every individual has the inherent power to move through any of life's trials and tribulations. Whatever you're going through, I'm here to sit with you in it and assist you in walking through it. I believe in offering counseling through a self-paced, person-centered, and holistic approach; I want you to feel comfortable exploring and expanding your capabilities in the office with me so that you'll feel empowered to utilize your unique humanness outside of the office. I'm excited to work with people of all intersecting identities and who are experiencing a spectrum of mental health concerns.
  • I've lived in middle Tennessee for most of my life. Like many others in my teeny tiny hometown, I went to Middle Tennessee State University after graduating from high school, and I moved to Nashville in 2015.
  • In my free time, I enjoy paddleboarding at the lake, travelling to visit out-of-state friends, and baking up a storm. Aside from these, I'm always brainstorming for new ways to engage in self-care!
