Join Our Willow Counseling Team!

We are looking for Nashville therapists who value our mission, live with integrity, and are passionate about helping others. The ability to strive for excellence as part of a team, maintain a warm and compassionate demeanor, and seek continual growth and learning is essential to working with us.

Willow Counseling holds high standards. We want to work with people who will do their job and do it well, people who are excited to be a part of something bigger than themselves, and people who can hold onto hope. We believe a group of committed, passionate therapists can do more for our community than a lone individual. Together we can bring hope and healing to our community!

Internship or Practicum Student

Applications for Fall 2024 internship placements are closed. Interviews for Spring 2024 placements will begin late Summer 2024.

We are looking for graduate-level interns to join our team. At Willow, you will build a caseload and provide continuity of care to clients. Willow Counseling only accepts students who can commit to spending at least three semesters at Willow, beginning with their Practicum semester. Priority will be given to students who are interested in working with trauma, grief, and/or anxiety. Appropriate candidates will have completed most of their coursework and will be compassionate and hard-working team players. Applications are reviewed for students who can start in the Fall or Spring semesters.

If you would like to be part of an evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health practice that values the whole self, review the application process and then complete an application.
